Akash Rohera, Founder and CEO of Rohera Capital, is a Manhattan Beach native and assumes a multifaceted role overseeing various critical aspects of the company's operations, including acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, and asset management of its portfolio. Prior to establishing Rohera Capital, Akash served as a Partner at Vivo Investment Group, an adaptive reuse developer focused on creating workforce housing. During his tenure, he actively engaged in deal origination, capital raising, underwriting, and investor relations of over 4,000 units, with a total value of $750 million.
Before joining Vivo, Akash gained valuable experience as an Assistant Vice President at George Smith Partners, where he successfully facilitated over $2.5 billion in debt and equity financing across a diverse range of asset types throughout the United States. Akash's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and a Minor in Finance from the University of California, San Diego. Furthermore, he holds a Brokers License issued by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE# 01998388) where he has bought and sold over $200 million of real estate in his career.
